[DDI-SRG] [CDI] CatalogDetails

I changed the layout of the CatalogDetails pdf to landscape so that the diagram fits on one page. The pdf and associated eap file are now in the Jira issue CDI-4.

The last change to the structure was to add Funding. That was in on August 2

The eap file has descriptions for the properties that you should be able to cut and paste into the master copy of the model if you can't copy the structured datatypes directly.
