[DDI-SRG] The joys of Daylights Saving Time

Just a reminder that we are about to face that fun scheduling period when
the US goes on DST 20 days before Europe. Australia has thrown up its hands
in disgust and will not be doing DST in 2020. So....as DDI in general
follows CET this means that for those on the North American continent your
meeting times will be one hour later between March 8 and March 28.

TC 10:00 Central and 11:00 Eastern

Note that groups may choose to hold to North American times but should be
aware that meetings generally occurring before or after them may be
shifting.

After March 28 we will be back in sync.
