[DDI-SRG] TC: Agenda

Wrap up work plan content and layout
--identify dependencies
--provide sufficient detail in each area for general work plan
--identify who from TC wish to work on which items
--identify additional people/groups needed for each major activity
--review membership - we've lost a couple people due to job changes and
need to talk about recruitment
--kick off work on specific work areas - how do we want to get this all
done?

I have provided a draft work plan as a basis for discussion as well as some
comments on specific areas of work see TC-213
NOTE: we have a hard stop at the top of the hour as MRT has scheduled a
meeting following TC
