[DDI-SRG] [MRT] Model cleanup: data types used only once

There are some structured data types with attributes (flat structure) which are only used once.

DDICore_40_PIM-DataTypes-StructuredDataTypes-AgentId
DDICore_40_PIM-DataTypes-StructuredDataTypes-BibliographicName
DDICore_40_PIM-DataTypes-StructuredDataTypes-LocalIdFormat

This raises the question if they really make sense. The attributes could be just included in the item where the data type is used.
Or is there any other use of these data types intended?

BibliographicName inherits from InternationalString but is used only once. Again the question if this could be not simpler.
