[DDI-SRG] [MRT] Model cleanup: leaf classes without attributes and associations to other classes

There are some leaf classes (i.e. they get not inherited further) without attributes and associations to other classes.
This kind of classes don't seem to have practical value in their current definition. Either they need some attributes or associations or they should be removed.
