[DDI-SRG] TC and CV: production issue

I have filed an issue in TC (TC-201) and cloned it to CV (CV-10) covering
the decisions that need to be made and implemented regarding the
publication of CV developed within the CESSDA CV tool environment. Please
make sure that comments, and particularly discussions taking place on email
get captured as comments within these issues.
