[DDI-SRG] Document on DDI4 and Data Structures

We cover several supported data structures in the IASSIST 2018 DDI4 presentation. See Slides 16-24. In this presentation we skipped over the UnitDataRecord uses which might include the relational database, star schemas, key/value pairs and events. I have some worked examples for at least key/value pairs and events.
