[DDI-SRG] [MRT] NADDI Sprint accommodation

To people attending the NADDI sprint.

For the participants' hotel rooms, individuals should make reservations and payment with the hotel directly.  They'll want to make reservations at least three weeks in advance; otherwise, the hotel will release the block of rooms.  Participants who receive funding should submit receipts for reimbursement to Jared after NADDI.
